For New Clients

    What brand do you use for installation?

We use the brand Ducane for our installations, if client wishes to request a different brand, we recommend communicating in person to work out the details

    What form of payments do you accept?

There are multiple payment options available for your convenience. You have the choice to pay through Zelle by contacting us at (773.653.3163), or alternatively, you may opt to use a debit or credit card. Please note that if you choose to pay by debit or credit card, an additional fee of 3.5% will be applied to the total cost. Additionally, we also accept payment by check. We also now offer financing with FTL Finance!

    What is A-Ortega Heating & Cooling Inc. responsible for during the installation and the warranties?

A-Ortega Heating & Cooling Inc. helps register warranties for your units, responsible for the first year in case of installation issues. The company is not responsible for keeping warranties and claims of the parts, covering up holes made from duct installation, or moving ducts after installation. The units have 10 years of manufacture warranty (labor not included) on parts on

For Returning Clients

    How often should I get a tune-up service?

It is recommended to get a yearly tune-up before Spring and Fall

    Do returning clients get a discount?

Returning clients can get $10 off their next HVAC service if they show proof on leaving a review on our Google business page.
